As planned we got the keys of our home today! Very excited. At last it is ours!
We went to meet our SS around 12 pm, the house had some cosmetic issues yet to be fixed. Even few tradesmen came when we were there, they fixed issues like missing sealant in few places etc. Other appointments like paint touch ups, blind replacement etc are scheduled for next few days.
We are happy to get the keys, it gives us the freedom to start the flooring and other pending things those need to be taken care of before we could move in!
My partner and I are now on 10 days leave to get the house ready and move in. The schedule, starting from today looks like this:
24-Nov, Thursday: handover day, skirtings got painted before the day is over :) Great job dear Husband!
25-Nov, Friday:

- Carpet installation should be finished (it was originally scheduled for next Tuesday)
- Vinyl Installation starts - 2 days work
- Back Retaining walls and fence work
- Termite Installation for Garage Door
26-Nov Saturday: Vinyl Plank and skirtings boards installation complete
28-Nov Monday: Downlights and few other electrical work
30-Nov Wednesday: House Clean Up
01-Dec Thursday: Move in!!
