Land registered! Plans drawn: We're making progress!

The most uncertain part that could delay your dream forever is over. Our land is registered on 7-March-2016.

We also received our soil test report and contour survey on 03-March. Both the reports are looking good.
Meanwhile our preliminary plans appointment (PPP) is set for 15-March-2016. McDonald Jones has shared the plans with us an week before. We are trying to review it. We found out two windows of one bedroom is 'Awning' window which we don't like at all. Will ask in our PPP meeting to amend this. We are only allowed to ask for minor changes for free of cost though.

Somehow I had an idea that Kitchen, Butlers pantry will be considered as wet area and will be tiled by the builder. But I was wrong. Only Laundry and Bathrooms are considered wet area.

Plans give you detail idea of your house, few things are completely new: window height and width, glazing, types of windows, position of your ground water tank, position of AirCon, flooring, tiling, number and size of cabinets and lots of other things. And it would be wise for us to put some effort to review this 14 page document thoroughly.
